Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return an item?

We will gladly accept exchanges or returns within 7 days of the purchase date for products purchased at SLCMedSpa.com Please note that product must be ¾ full and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase confirmation from SLC Med Spa is required. To ensure a timely refund, please return the item immediately upon deciding the product is not right for you. We regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

 

STEPS

Step 1

Please contact Customer Service at contact@slcmedspa.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Step 2

To make it easy, place the item in its original condition and use the original packaging to ship your product. We require a copy of your receipt as well so please make sure to add it in the return package.

Step 3

Clearly label the outside of the package (under the return address) with your RA number obtained from a SLC Med Spa Customer Service representative.

100 % Full Refunds and Store Credits

We will issue a full refund to the credit card used for the original amount purchased for any item that you return, if received within 7 days of the purchase. Please note that the product must be ¾ full and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.  You can also request a store credit instead of a refund. The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash. If it is beyond 7 days from the purchase date we can not accept the return.

It takes up to 10-14 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue a store credit.
