Cancellation/No-Show Policies.

We require a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellations in order to respect the provider’s time and allow another patient to fill the spot. Any appointment that does not cancel at least 24 hours in advance or no-show’s their appointment, will have the following charges to be paid added to their account:

Injection Appointments - $50 (exception of Sculptra $100)

Facial Services & Laser Appointments - $50

IPL & Morpheus8 Appointments - $100

Medical Weight Loss & Hormone therapy - $50

The patient will be required to pay the amount correlated to their appointment before they can re-book. If a patient cancels 24 hours or more before their appointment, no charge will be added to their account. If a patient cancels or no-show’s their appointment 3 times in a row, they will be required to pay the full amount of the appointment before they can re-book.

Refund/Specials Policies.

Refunds on Appointments: While we do not offer refunds on services that have already been performed, we want to ensure that you are always happy with your results. Should you have issues and/or complications, please reach out to our office and we would love to help make your situation right.

Refunds on Skincare: We do not offer refunds on skincare that have already been opened, but if the product is unopened, you can exchange the product for credit to your account or another product of lesser or equal value within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Should you have reactions to skincare, please contact our spa.

Specials and Sales: We do not offer refunds on any specials or sales purchased at SLC Med Spa. All services purchased must be used within 2 years of the purchase date.
