Terms & Conditions
The SLC Memberships require a 12 month commitment and cannot be shared amongst patients, family members, or friends. Facials accumulated over the 12 month time period expire after 1 year. Month 1 payment is due on the day of sign up and following payments will be automatically drawn on the 1st of each month. No refunds will be permitted.
Hormone Pellet Memberships
Hormone Pellet Memberships
We use bio-identical, all-natural estrogen and testosterone, delivered by tiny pellets inserted just below the skin. Women receive pellets every 3 months, while men are every 6 months, on average. The Hormone Pellet Membership is a 12 month commitment and includes as many pellets as needed in the year. Pricing is as follows:
$69/month for women (saves $372+)
